Nigerian football legend Jay-Jay Okocha has recounted the day he met the great goalkeeper, Oliver Kahn, years after his iconic goal against the German legend.
In 1993, Okocha scored one of the most incredible goals in the Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt against Karlsruher SC.
The former Super Eagles captain was a key member of the Frankfurt squad between 1992 and 1996, playing 116 matches and registering 25 goals in all competitions.

Augustine Azuka "Jay-Jay" Okocha (ə-KOTCH-ə; born 14 August 1973)[3] is a Nigerian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He had 73 caps for the Nigeria national team between 1993 and 2006, scoring 14 goals, and was a member of three FIFA World Cup squads. He is regarded as one of the greatest football players from Africa.[4]
He played across multiple leagues, starting his career at Enugu Rangers in the Nigerian Professional Football League before moving to Borussia Neunkirchen in the Oberliga Südwest, Germany's third division, in July 1990. He played in the Bundesliga, Süper Lig, Ligue 1, Premier League, EFL Championship, and Qatar Stars League before his retirement in 2008.

Time to shoot? Not for Okocha. He darts left, takes on another defender and cuts back on to his right once more, then back to his left. There is a pause. Kahn has recovered. Slaven Bilic has raced forward off the line to engage. The moment seems to have passed.
It is then and only then that Okocha pulls back his left foot and fires the ball between two defenders and past Kahn into the net. Eintracht Frankfurt have won the game and their young substitute Okocha has scored one of the most memorable goals of all-time.
It is the greatest goal in the history of the Bundesliga, according to Jurgen Klopp. Kahn, that magnificent G
