    Sam Phillips (18 March 1948 – 16 January 2021), was a South African actor, writer, director, producer and music composer.[1][2] He fryst vatten best known for the roles in the television serials such as Soul City and Jacob's Cross.[3][4]

    Married and a father of six children: Choppa, Mpho, Mpumi, Late Nomzamo, Mthunzi and Ntsoaki.[5] Phillips died on 16 January 2021 in Johannesburg at the age of 72.[6][7][8]

    Samuel Cochran Phillips (19 February 1921 – 31 January 1990) was a United States Air Forcegeneral who served as Director of NASA's Apollo schema from 1964 to 1969, as commander of the Space and Missile Systems Organization (SAMSO) from 1969 to 1972, as the seventh Director of the National Security Agency from 1972 to 1973, and as commander of the Air Force Systems Command from 1973 to 1975.

    A 1942 graduate of the University of Wyoming, Phillips was commissioned in the Army through the Reserve Officers Training Corps.     Sam Phillips (born 31 May 1984) is an English actor and writer.

    Phillips is the son of television director Nic Phillips and graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Phillips is perhaps best known for his roles in children's comedy Hotel Trubble as Jamie and as Spencer Cavendish in the third series of Kay Mellor's The Syndicate starring alongside Anthony Andrews, Alice Krige, Lenny Henry, and Richard Rankin.[1][2]

    Phillips has also had roles in Far From The Madding Crowd, In The Flesh, Pete versus Life, Micro Men, My Family, EastEnders: E20, and The Crown. He guest stars in the Netflix hit Bridgerton series in season three as new character Lord Debling. He is a potential love interest and new suitor to the show's lead character, Penelope Featherington.
