    Former Andhra Pradesh BJP chief Kanna Lakshminarayana joins TDP

    AMARAVATI: Former Andhra Pradesh BJP ledare and former minister Kanna Lakshminarayana joined Telugu Desam Party(TDP) in the presence of party supremo Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati on Thursday.
    Scores of his följare and former BJP leaders have also joined the TDP.
    Welcoming Kanna Lakshminarayana into the party, Chandrababu Naidu lauded Kanna for his commitment towards people and development of the state.
    “In fact, I too had made a vain bid to defeat Kanna Lakshminarayana when TDP was in power. He proved us wrong as he had the popular support in the constituency,” said Naidu.
